Returns Policy
If an item you receive from us is (i) damaged, (ii) not what you ordered or (iii) no longer something you want, you may return the product and request a refund or exchange. Any returns must be made within 14 days of your order being dispatched if you are within Australia and within 21 days of your order being dispatched if you are outside of Australia. Any refund or exchange is subject to the item being returned to BodyComm Kinesiology in its original condition, ie. the condition in which you received it. In particular for the OH series, the cards, within their boxes, must still be sealed/wrapped. Any item being returned because it is (i) damaged or (ii) not what you ordered will be exchanged or refunded for the purchase price via the same means that you originally made payment. Any item being returned because it's (iii) no longer what you want will be exchanged or refunded with a store credit for the purchase price. Once the returned goods have been received, checked and determined to be in original condition, the refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. We will keep you informed of the progress of your returns by email.
