7 May 2009: Wow, it's almost the middle of the year already. My January to April was taken up mainly with the 2009 Australian OH Workshop Tour. A busy time but well worth it. I met some great people and saw some bits of Australia I hadn't seen before. This weekend I will be in Adelaide exhibiting the OH Cards at the Counselling Association of South Australia's (CASA's) Annual Conference.
25 October 2008: Well, I've been super busy since my last entry... I went to Singapore to do some background work for some OH Workshops I'm organising for March-April 2009 and even ended up doing a kinesiology balance for someone over there. Then it was back home and straight into the Mind Body Spirit Festival - four, nine-hour days spent introducing people to kinesiology. I did over 100, 15-minute balances over the four days and I had a great time doing them! Thank you to everyone who dropped by to say hello and for all the great feedback on the stand and kinesiology the way I do it. Even in 15 minutes we saw great results ranging from a more mature lady, who couldn't walk without a stick to being able to, not only walk without her stick, but bend over and put her shoes back on without any support, to younger people who were stressed about their upcoming exams and who left feeling confident and relaxed about them. Many aches and pains, both physical and emotional, were relieved and one lady's vertigo was resolved. All in all, it was a great long weekend. A special thank you must be said to Michelle Convey, who volunteered to be my "receptionist" for the four days. She had the pleasure of explaining what kinesiology is to everyone who stopped by and organised all the bookings so that I was free to do the actual kinesiology. Thanks Michelle!!!
